We’re hiring a People Executive to own people operations, internal culture, communication standards, and HR systems across the company.
Role Overview
The People Executive owns how Brandsquare runs as a company of people. You'll build the systems behind hiring, onboarding, and culture, run people operations end to end, and set the standard for how the team communicates and behaves internally.
This is an ownership role, not a coordinator seat. You'll have real say over how our people processes work and room to improve them. As Brandsquare scales, this role grows into the foundation of our people function.

Key Responsibilities
Build & Own People Operations
- Own and improve the systems, trackers, and documentation that run people ops
- Keep attendance, working hours, and activity records accurate (largely automated)
- Tighten people processes and workflows as the team scales
Run Hiring End to End
- Own the hiring pipeline, from coordination to offer
- Drive candidate communication and keep the experience sharp and professional
- Manage hiring documentation, approvals, and interview records
Design Onboarding & Teammate Experience
- Build and run onboarding that gets new hires productive fast
- Orient new hires on culture, systems, and how we work
- Own the exit process, documentation, and clearance
Drive Culture & Engagement
- Shape and run culture programs, events, and team initiatives
- Build engagement and development sessions that people actually value
- Make culture something practiced daily, not just documented
- Surface culture concerns early and help resolve them
Own Communication Standards
- Set and uphold the bar for professional internal communication
- Coach the team on tone and clarity
- Keep communication consistent across teams
Run Payroll, Leave & Policy
- Prepare payroll data, payslips, and monthly summaries
- Own leave records, balances, and approvals
- Apply and communicate HR policies clearly and correctly
Reporting & Insights
- Own people reporting and KPI tracking
- Turn people data into Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly insights
- Support performance and people decisions with clean reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR, Business, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years in HR, people operations, or admin coordination
- Organized and detail oriented, with strong follow through
- Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information
- Comfortable holding standards and giving direct, respectful feedback
Nice to Have
- Experience in a software, tech, or agency environment
- Familiarity with Bangladesh labour standards
- Exposure to KPI tracking and performance reporting
