Key Responsibilities
Brand Visibility & Digital Presence
- Maintain and grow Brandsquare's digital presence across platforms
- Ensure brand consistency in visuals, messaging, and tone
- Execute content distribution aligned with company positioning
- Support authority building through strategic digital exposure
- Ensure public facing content reflects professional standards
Content Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute content calendars across digital platforms
- Coordinate blogs, posts, visuals, and announcements
- Repurpose long form content into platform specific formats
- Ensure content aligns with business goals and target audiences
- Maintain disciplined publishing standards
Social Media & Platform Management
- Manage company profiles across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and other platforms
- Monitor engagement, comments, and inbound interactions
- Ensure professional responses and brand aligned communication
- Track platform performance and audience growth
- Maintain consistent and structured posting systems
Lead Generation & Funnel Support
- Support inbound lead generation initiatives
- Assist with landing pages, CTAs, and marketing funnels
- Coordinate with leadership on campaign alignment
- Track lead sources and performance metrics
- Improve conversion through structured messaging and positioning
Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook), Google, and TikTok
- Manage retargeting, remarketing, and lookalike audience campaigns
- Test creatives, audiences, and funnel stages to improve performance
- Monitor advertising spend and maintain disciplined budget management
- Maintain stable performance across both low budget and scaled campaigns
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Assist in planning digital marketing campaigns and launches
- Execute campaigns with defined objectives and timelines
- Coordinate creatives, copy, and publishing schedules
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust when needed
- Ensure campaigns remain aligned with brand positioning
Campaign Performance & ROI Optimisation
- Analyse overall marketing performance and improve return on investment
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective strategies
- Reduce campaign cost per result through testing and optimisation
- Improve targeting strategies and funnel flow using performance data
- Support leadership with insights that improve marketing profitability
Analytics, Reporting & Insights
- Track digital performance metrics and indicators
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports
- Monitor traffic, engagement, and conversion performance
- Share insights with management clearly and professionally
- Use data to improve future marketing systems and strategy
Website, Funnel & SEO Support
- Support website content updates and optimisation
- Assist with SEO practices and structured content publishing
- Coordinate blog publishing and internal linking
- Ensure website content aligns with marketing goals
- Support conversion rate optimisation initiatives
Marketing Automation & Customer Retention
- Support WhatsApp marketing campaigns for customer engagement and follow ups
- Assist with email marketing campaigns for promotions and education
- Help segment customer lists and optimise engagement performance
- Support marketing automation systems for lead nurturing and retention
Cross Team Collaboration
- Work closely with design, content, and leadership teams
- Align marketing execution with business priorities
- Support launches, announcements, and internal initiatives
- Maintain clear communication and timelines
- Execute feedback efficiently and professionally
Discipline, Ownership & Consistency
- Maintain discipline in daily marketing execution
- Follow systems, processes, and reporting standards

Requirements
- 3+ years of hands on digital marketing experience for a business brand
- Strong written English with professional tone and structure
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn as a business growth channel
- Understanding of B2B positioning, authority building, and inbound strategy
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar advertising platforms
- Comfortable working with marketing metrics and reporting systems
- Organized and system oriented in execution
- Able to follow structured content calendars and KPIs
- Self driven and accountable without constant supervision
- Comfortable using and exploring AI tools to work faster and sharper, with enthusiasm and a genuine hunger to learn and grow
