We're hiring a Jr. UI/UX Designer to design screens, flows and prototypes in Figma, for an enthusiast who takes pride in interfaces that just make sense. (Also relevant if you're a product Designer, UX Designer, UI Designer, Interaction Designer, or Visual Designer)
Role Overview
You'll help design screens, components and user flows for web apps and SaaS platforms used by professionals across Western markets. Under senior designers, you'll turn product requirements into clear, usable interfaces, and learn how real design systems get built, maintained and shipped.
This role is for a genuine enthusiast, the kind of person who studies good UX for fun, notices friction other people scroll past, and can't wait to ship something real.
We care more about your ability, your curiosity, and your hunger than your years. If you can design clean interfaces and want to get sharper fast, this role fits.
Focus Areas
Interface & Interaction Design
- Design screens, components, and user flows for web apps and SaaS platforms under guidance
- Translate product requirements into clear, usable interface designs
- Consider edge cases, states, and interactions, not just the happy path
Wireframing & Prototyping
- Produce wireframes and interactive prototypes to test ideas early
- Iterate on layouts based on usability and feedback
- Keep interactions consistent across screens and product areas
Design Systems
- Contribute to and work within the product design system
- Maintain consistency in typography, spacing, components, and patterns
- Keep design files structured and handoff ready for developers
Collaboration & Craft
- Work with product and engineering to ship designs that hold up in build
- Incorporate feedback quickly and defend design decisions with reasoning
- Keep sharpening your understanding of UX patterns and product thinking
Skills We're Looking For
Core UX & Design
- UX Design, UI Design, and Interaction Design
- User Research, Usability Testing, and User Flows

You won't need every one of these on day one. A strong grasp of the core UX and Figma skills, plus a genuine drive to grow into the rest, is what matters.
Requirements
- A demonstrable interest in UX and product design, shown through a portfolio, case studies, or personal projects
- Working knowledge of Figma and an understanding of core UX and interface principles
- An eye for hierarchy, layout, and usability, and the instinct to question unclear flows
- The ability to take feedback well and iterate with intent
- Strong attention to detail and organized design files
- A genuine hunger to grow into a capable product designer
- Comfortable using and exploring AI tools within a design workflow
Formal experience is not required. A clear point of view on UX and evidence of how you think matter more.
