Jr. Full Stack Developer

We're hiring a Jr. Full Stack Developer to build features end to end with Next.js, Supabase or Firebase, and Tailwind CSS, for an enthusiast who takes pride in shipping working software. (Also relevant if you're a Product Developer, Full Stack Engineer, Next.js Developer, Product Engineer, Full Stack Software Engineer, or JavaScript Full Stack Developer)

Role Overview

You'll help build web apps and SaaS platforms used by professionals across Western markets, owning features from database schema through to deployed UI. Under senior developers, you'll read and extend real codebases, not just greenfield work, and learn how full stack products get shipped and maintained.

This role is for a genuine enthusiast, the kind of person who builds side projects for fun, breaks things to understand them, and can't wait to ship something real.

We care more about your ability, your curiosity, and your hunger than your years. If you can build across the stack and want to get sharper fast, this role fits.

Focus Areas

Feature Ownership

  • Own features end to end: database schema, API, UI, and deployment
  • Build CRUD functionality using Next.js with Supabase/Prisma, Firebase, or MongoDB depending on the project
  • Implement authentication flows (sign up, login, session management)
  • Write and consume REST APIs within the same feature

Build & Maintain

  • Style UI with Tailwind CSS, following existing design patterns
  • Read and extend existing codebases, not just greenfield work
  • Deploy and verify changes on Vercel
  • Follow a function first development approach, shipping working functionality before polish

Debugging & Delivery

  • Debug across the stack (browser devtools, server logs, database queries)
  • Communicate blockers and progress clearly during standups
  • Work efficiently using modern development workflows and tooling

Tech Stack & Skills

Frontend

  • Next.js 14 App Router and TypeScript
  • Tailwind CSS, component driven UI
  • Sanity CMS familiarity for content driven features

Backend

  • Supabase/Prisma, Firebase, or MongoDB
  • Schema and data modeling, queries
  • Auth flows using Supabase Auth, Firebase Auth, or equivalent
  • REST API development within the same feature

Tooling & Deployment

  • Git & GitHub, PR discipline
  • Vercel deployment/CI
  • Cross stack debugging (browser devtools, server logs, DB queries)

Strengths

  • Function First Delivery
  • Debugging & Problem Solving
  • Team Collaboration

Requirements

  • - Solid grasp of Next.js 14, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
  • - Working knowledge of Supabase/Prisma, Firebase, or MongoDB
  • - Ability to independently build a CRUD feature regardless of database type
  • - Comfort implementing auth flows and consuming or writing REST APIs
  • - Comfort reading and extending existing codebases
  • - Comfort with Git and PR based workflows
  • - Strong debugging, problem solving, and a real drive to learn
  • - Comfortable using and exploring AI tools in your development workflow

You won't have mastered every tool listed. Real strength in the core stack, plus the curiosity to pick up the rest, is what matters.
